I am a researcher

at the German Youth Institute

As an applied labor economist, my aim is to conduct relevant research that enables policymakers to make evidence-based decisions. In addition to topics in migration economics, I am particularly interested in the blessings and curses of the digital transformation, which includes the impact of technology diffusion on local economies and the impact of telework and digital media in families. I have a deep passion for data and econometric methods of causal inference and policy evaluation.
